The Prevention Council, in collaboration with the Saratoga Springs Public Library, is hosting a Community Forum on Heroin Addiction on Thursday, October 16th at 6:30pm.
This will be an informative and engaging evening with information shared by local experts and families impacted personally by heroin addiction.
